Terms
The arrangement,in plain words.
Written to be read rather than to be survived. If anything below is unclear, ask before you engage us. A term you did not understand is not a term we want to rely on.
What we are
A relocation service. We prepare and manage residency files, and coordinate the people a file needs. Translators, doctors, notaries, landlords.
We are not a law firm and not affiliated with any Moroccan authority. We cannot approve a residence card and nobody can promise you one. What we can do is give you an honest read of your chances before you spend anything, and then present the strongest version of your case.
What we charge
Essentials, £1,200; Complete, £1,950; Family & Business, £2,800. Additional applicants and specialist work are quoted separately and always before the work begins.
Third-party costs. Sworn translations, legalisation, the medical certificate, the residence card fee itself. Are passed to you at what they cost us. We do not mark them up. Typically £150–£400 for a single file.
When we ask for it
£250 for the assessment, before anything starts, credited in full against the package if you go ahead. If we conclude the route will not work, that is the only money you will have spent with us.
Half the remaining fee when your file is opened. The balance on the day your file is lodged and you hold a récépissé. A milestone you can verify yourself, rather than taking our word for it.
Every payment is shown on your own page from the moment a package is agreed, including the ones not yet due.
If it goes wrong
If we assess your case and conclude it is not viable, the package deposit is refunded in full. We keep the assessment fee, because the work of reaching that answer was done.
If a complete file we prepared is refused, we prepare and lodge the re-submission at no further fee. Third-party costs already spent remain yours, because they were already spent.
We do not charge for delay. Months of silence from a préfecture are normal, are not our doing, and are not a billable event.
What we need from you
Accurate information and documents that are genuinely yours. We will not knowingly submit a file we believe to be false, and we will end an engagement rather than do so.
Reasonable responsiveness. Files stall most often because a document nobody chased sat waiting for weeks, which is why everything we need from you is on one page with the reason next to it.
Ending it
You may stop at any time. You pay for the stage reached and nothing beyond it, and we hand over everything we hold on your file.
We may stop if we are asked to do something dishonest, if fees go unpaid after a reminder, or if we conclude we can no longer act in your interest. We would tell you why.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
